For a long time now, my clients have had the opportunity to use an iPad during their search for a home - they capture photos and notes while touring properties, work out their closing costs, discover new neighbourhoods and with the arrival of the iPad Mini, we're pleased to announce that my clients will now get to KEEP this all-important house-hunting tool!
Buyers and Seller, who buy with me will now get their very own iPad Mini to find their dream home and then keep it to play all-important games of Angry Birds and Candy Crush.
I don't expect people to want to work with me because they'll get an iPad. That would just be cheesy. But I do think today's buyers and sellers are quite tech savvy and with the latest technologies and information at their fingertips, this makes the process quite easy, the iPad is simply a token of my appreciation, thanking my clients for giving me the opportunity to work with them. The fact that I'm quite kick ass in identifying great houses, unique condos, awesome neighbourhoods AND have killer negotiation skills is just a bonus.
